Details: To complement our other Mushroom Growing products, this premium casing mix is offered for your mushroom growing needs. We use a unique combination of ingredients to ensure the best possible casing product available. You will receive one pound of casing - heat sealed in an 8" mycobag. The casing is fully ready to use. Casing is the layer on top that retains moisture. Your mushrooms are about 90% water. They use moisture from the air and from their growing medium to fulfill their water needs. Casing provides protection from fast water evaporation for your young mycelium.
