Details: High-quality quercetin, derived from a non-citrus plant source, stabilized with additional antioxidants so as not to auto-oxidize (degrade spontaneously). We use synthetic vitamin E in the formula, so it does not contain soy or other common allergens. Quercetin is an antioxidant bioflavonoid found throughout the plant kingdom in rinds and barks. Food sources include onions, red wine, green tea and St. John’s wort.
